Effect

approach to maximize effectiveness: GOAL-- PLAN-- EXECUTE.

One is Goal Setting.

Two: the Plan.
Step Three: Execute.The execution phase may actually begin even before
the plan is finalized; for instance, web site or logo development. The
point is this: Marketing is a process, not an event; we should never
lose site of the goal of marketing.
