Step III-- Execute:
Making it happen

Effect marketing is about getting results. Bronstad Design uses a three-step approach to maximize effectiveness: GOAL-- PLAN-- EXECUTE.

Step One is Goal Setting.

Step Two: the Plan.

Step Three: Execute.The execution phase may actually begin even before the plan is finalized; for instance, web site or logo development. The point is this: Marketing is a process, not an event; we should never lose site of the goal of marketing.

In the execution phase, we rely heavily upon the strategic plan developed to prioritize and focus a consistent message across different media. Any number of the following may be used:

The three-step process is similar to climbing a mountain. First, you set a goal to climb the mountain (why? because it's there).

Next, you make a plan: you get a map & a compass, train, designate your team; you take all the gear you'll need and make a careful plan for the assent.

Finally, it comes time to climb the mountain. You follow the plan, but make allowances for weather, terrain, etc. When you reach the summit, you realize all the hard work was worth it... and begin to plan the next mountain...

Without the preparation, climbing the mountain is perilous...
